WHO WE ARE

My Body My Cycle is dedicated to empowering and supporting girls around the world. Our mission is to provide education, mentorship, and resources to help girls develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Through our various programs and initiatives, we aim to create a brighter future for girls and promote gender equality.

At MBMC, we believe that no girl should have to choose between her education and her dignity. Period poverty remains a major challenge for young girls in Ghana, leading to missed school days, health risks, and social stigma. Our mission is to change that—through education, access to essential sanitary products, and advocacy for menstrual health awareness.

As a team, we are deeply committed to empowering girls with knowledge, confidence, and the resources they need to thrive. Through the generosity of our supporters and partners, we are making a real difference—one girl, one school, and one community at a time.

We invite you to join us on this journey. Whether through donations, partnerships, or volunteering, your support helps transform lives and creates a future where every girl can manage her period with dignity and without barriers.
Thank you for standing with us. Together, we can end period poverty and ensure that every girl has the opportunity to reach her full potential.

SUPPORT OUR MISSION

MBMC believes that all women and girls should have the right to manage their periods with safety, dignity and irrespective of financial constraints. MBMC aims to make menstrual hygiene products more accessible to those who are most at risk of sexual abuse, exploitation and neglect.

MBMC is committed to creating a world where every girl has the opportunity to fulfill her potential and lead a life of dignity. We work towards providing education, mentorship, and support to girls in need, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
