EMPOWERING GIRLS THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND GIVING BACK
OUR IMPACT
At My Body My Cycle, we are dedicated to ending period poverty and empowering girls across Ghana and the UK by donating essential items and exploring their talents. We believe that every girl deserves the right to manage her menstrual health with dignity and to pursue her passions without barriers.

Our mission is to provide essential menstrual hygiene products and education to young girls, ensuring they can attend school and participate fully in their communities. By integrating sports, dancing and extracurricular programs, we aim to build confidence, leadership skills, and teamwork, fostering a generation of empowered young women.

Supporting Special Schools and Orphanages
